Tummy Tuck – Abdominoplasty removes excess fat and skin, and in a lot of cases restores weakened or separated muscles creating an abdominal profile that is smoother and firmer. Even individuals of otherwise normal body weight can develop an abdomen that protrudes or becomes loose and sagging. The most common causes of this are aging, heredity, prior surgeries, and/or significant fluctuations in weight. A tummy tuck is not a substitute for weight loss or an appropriate exercise program. What it will do is address the loose skin and excess fat in the muscle profile and restore the proportion of muscle to fat to within normal means.

Liposuction – Also known as Lipoplasty, this surgery specifically addresses the fat deposits in and surrounding areas of the body. This procedure will slim and reshape any area of the body, however it addresses the fat deposits only, meaning that muscular support in the area after surgery will have to be addressed in the recovery process in order for the contour and shape you desire to stay intact.
Gynecomastia Treatment – In severe cases of gynecomastia, the weight of excess or increased breast tissue may cause the breasts to sag and stretch the areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipple). In these cases the position and size of the areola can be surgically improved and excess skin may be reduced. Gynecomastia surgery reduces breast size, and is also called reduction mammaplasty.
